BIO

The Heshers are a 3-piece band from North NJ. Formed in April 2005, it was originally a side project for Jeff while his primary band, The LawnDarts, took a hiatus. The music and band turned out so well that The Heshers have taken on a life of their own.

Combining the best elements of punk rock, Indie-rock, classic rock, metal, and power-pop, The Heshers fuse it all into tuneful and yet heavy songs that stick in your brain.

Rock is missing it's sense of urgency- that sense of excitement and energy that happens when you go to a concert. That's what The Heshers are all about. Whether it's blasting KISS from Chevy Nova, or going out and seeing rock shows as often as possible and having fun, The Heshers make rock and roll that is both personal and powerful.

In keeping with the DiY ethic, Their demo, titled "Distance Equals Depth" was produced in Jeff's home studio and has quickly garnered a positive buzz.

Drummer Chris Carroll, formerly of What Exit, and bassist Dave Pelino, of 25 Liars, are longtime friends, and have also played together in other bands over the years.

As a unit, The Heshers gel well both live and in the studio, considering the relatively short time they've been together as a band.
